Opener repair for every major brand
Most opener problems are caused by misaligned safety sensors, worn drive gears, failing logic boards, dead remotes or limit settings that drifted out of adjustment. Our technicians troubleshoot the entire system (door, opener and wiring) and fix it on the spot whenever possible.
- Opener runs but the door does not move (stripped gear or sprocket)
- Door reverses or stops halfway (sensors, force or limit settings)
- Remote, keypad or wall button not working
- Opener light blinking or making clicking sounds
- Chain, belt and trolley replacement
- Remote and keypad programming, including car HomeLink
New opener installation
If your opener is more than 10 to 15 years old, a new unit is often the better investment. Modern openers are dramatically quieter, safer and smarter. We install and program everything and haul away the old unit.
Features we recommend for South Florida homes

- Wi-Fi smartphone control: open, close and get alerts from anywhere
- Belt drive: whisper-quiet, ideal for garages under bedrooms
- Wall-mount (jackshaft) openers: free up ceiling space for storage
- Built-in camera and package delivery options on select models

Frequently asked questions
Which garage door opener brands do you install?
We install and service LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Linear and Marantec. We will recommend the right model for your door size, budget and features.
Will my opener work during a power outage?
Only if it has battery backup. Many new LiftMaster and Chamberlain models include it, and it is strongly recommended in South Florida for hurricane season.
How long does an opener installation take?
Most new opener installations take about two to three hours, including programming your remotes, keypad and smartphone app.
Can you add Wi-Fi to my existing opener?
Often yes. Many openers can be upgraded with a smart hub such as myQ. If yours is not compatible, we can recommend a new smart opener.
